Clocking in at just 27 minutes, Cliff Icon's newest project Fukk What It Was finds the rapper in his element. It's been over a year since he last released any music other than working alongside his group WE.S.A. on their collaborative offering that dropped in February. Our favorite records from this solo effort include "J's At the Corner Store" and "Digits" mainly due to Cliff's ability to draw a lot of passion and emotion on the track. It's no wonder he calls himself the "voice of the silent" because he has a lot to say and says it all on the project which was produced and recorded in house. Icon doesn’t let down on this one delivering a DOPE body of work that not only can him and his crew stand behind, but the city too!
