Vice Carter is spending his quarantine smoked out, and is ensuring his fans are too by delivering a new mixtape titled "Dilla High." The mixtape is said to be looked at as a audio short film about Vice attending an imaginary high school called “Dilla High”! "Dilla High" is another showing of Vice paying homage to the greats, as he freestyles over some very rare J Dilla instrumentals! Hence, the title. Vice also recently announced his debut album “GHH+MJ” (God,Hip-Hop, & Marijuna)," which fans can expect very soon!
