Just Matthew is a rapper, singer, songwriter and DIY recording artist by way of Los Angeles, CA born in 1992. His self-released, debut EP Connery starts with the up-beat, synthpop driven Forget, the introspective r&b ballad Prototype follows, highlighted with its downtempo ambient sound. Just Matthew™ continues on with Bonnie, accentuating his smooth flow and witty wordplay over a contemporary bass-heavy production. Connery then does a 180° and ends with the high-octane storytelling of Understand It. The 4-track Connery has fellow Los Angeles native, MKSB handling the production and instrumentation as lead composer while Just Matthew™ serves as writer, performer and executive producer heading the overall layout and design of the EP.
