New York Artist @rellbriscoe Released New Single Titled "Come Over"

New York artist Rell Briscoe just released his new song titled "Come Over" -- just in time for the Summer. The young artist released a portfolio of records in 2020 and is starting in 2021 with the same motive. "Come Over" follows up his previous single, "Islands" from earlier in the year. Rell Briscoe gained local attention in 2020 with the release of his debut EP "From Da Basement."
