[Interview] Catching Up With Artist Distortedd (@distortedd_) Revisited

I got a chance to catch up with visual artist Anhia Santana, better known as Distortedd about what inspires her eye-catching designs.  Based in Philadelphia, Anhia experiments with design to bring a collection of unique modern art.

You're designs are amazing and very unique, what inspires your artwork?
Thank you, I'm inspired by the world around me and my childhood experiences as well as my adulthood experiences. Music is my life and it is definitely an inspiration of mines, MF DOOM, is somewhat of my mentor. I have experimented a lot with different things, I feel like my art projects that beautifully.
Santana has been designing and creating for years and has honed her craft to bring the eclectic images to life. Since she was young, art was a way of expression for and  she recalls embed her creativity into her surroundings. The artists admits that her room was full of Rugrats designs that she made and would often make dresses for her Barbies.
I remember my first art contest and how I didn't win first place, I got second, I was distraught from it.

Anhia expresses that art is everything to her and that her dad was behind her admiration for the craft. M.I.A. or Santigold are musicians she could see wearing her designs.  When  asks to tell me about herself, this what she has to say:

I'm just me. I don't try to hide who I am. I love being able to express myself exactly how I feel inside, no sugar coating. I have an open mind and I love to explore new things, constantly. I love to challenge myself as well. feel that if you don't challenge yourself you will never discover exactly how powerful your mind is.
