feature//: Blue Collar Hustle (@bch_webseries) To Premiere February 12th

After the first episode of Blue Collar Hustle, you are guaranteed to be hooked. The web series, centered around black Millenials in Stone Mountain, is a solid production with its relatable content tackling topics on family dynamics, feminism, and of course, music, with its witty mentions of Nas and Kanye throughout the 30 minute episode.

The series opens, highlighting the warm relationship between Anaya and Ajani, played by creator and writer Alonge Hawes, and their new baby. Ajani's character takes on the leadership role head on moving from home life straight into the work place where he motivates a team as a new manager. There he meets worker/rapper Quan Banneker, played by real life artist Quentin Williams. This interaction seems to awaken something in Ajani and jumps into the premise of the show: balancing ones passion for music with the responsibilities of work, home and family.
